Screen Rooms & Patio Enclosures in Round Rock
Anyone who lives near Brushy Creek, Lake Creek or the greenbelts knows the evening mosquito schedule. A screen room turns your covered patio into a bug-free room you’ll use from March to November, on a cover we build or one you already have.

The Room You’ll Use More Than the Living Room
Eight months of good weather, eight months of mosquitoes. A screen room gives you the first without the second.
Round Rock’s creeks and greenbelts make for beautiful lots and relentless mosquitoes. A screen room adds real, daily-use square footage at a fraction of an interior addition: kids play, dogs lounge, dinner moves outside and the bugs stay on their side of the mesh.
We build screen rooms on our own insulated aluminum covers and on existing covers, porches and solid-roof pergolas. Kick plates keep dogs from pushing through, soft-close screen doors, and solar mesh on the west wall cuts the glare.
- Screens on new covers or existing porches
- Pet-resistant and no-see-um mesh
- Solar mesh on the hot sides
- Full-view panels, minimal framing
- Screen doors, kick plates and chair rails
- Convertible to glass later on the same frame

Screening a Cover You Already Have
If the structure is sound, you may not need a new one.
We inspect the existing roof, posts and level. Sound and reasonably level: we build the screen walls to it, add a door and finish the details. Sagging, rotting or leaking: we tell you before you spend money screening it, and quote the fix or a replacement instead.

Screen Room FAQ, Round Rock
Can you add screens to my existing cover?
Usually, if it’s structurally sound with a solid roof. We inspect first and tell you honestly.
Which mesh should I choose?
Standard fiberglass for most walls; pet-resistant low panels with dogs; solar mesh on west and south walls; no-see-um mesh near water.
Do screen rooms need a permit in Round Rock?
Adding screens to an existing permitted cover often doesn’t; a new screened cover does. HOAs generally want approval either way. We check.
Can it become a sunroom later?
Yes, if we plan for it. We build the frame so screen panels swap for glass.
How do screens handle hail?
Hail and debris can tear a panel; individual panels are inexpensive to re-screen.
