Why We Build Backyards in Williamson County
A1 started in 2012 with an observation anyone who lives in Round Rock will recognize: the builders left the backyard for later. Thousands of two-story homes in Teravista, Forest Creek, Behrens Ranch, Paloma Lake and Siena came with a small slab, a west-facing wall and no shade. The patio is the room families want to use most and can use least.
We also saw how many patio covers were built badly: kits that didn’t match the house, structures that leaked where they met the roof, wood posts rotting in concrete, and projects built without permits that came back at sale time. So we built the company to do the opposite. Every structure is designed for the specific house, engineered, permitted with the City of Round Rock and approved by the HOA before we build it. Every one carries our workmanship warranty in writing.
From the shop on South Mays Street we cover all of Williamson County and north Austin: aluminum and wood covers, pergolas and louvered roofs, screen rooms and sunrooms, carports, outdoor kitchens, and the decks and slabs under all of them.
